  • Denmark 2012: Fossil gas demand dropped 7%, Wind Power now at 30%, Economy wide energy down by 4%

    Denmark is a ray of sunshine having reduced its overall energy demand by 4% last year, including electricity by 1.3% and gas by 6.7%.  The country is on track to be fossil fuel free ahead of its internal 2050 deadline.
